Circlips & Wire Rings are a semi-flexible metal ring with open ends, which can be snapped into place. These are used either externally by fitting over a shaft and inserting into a machined groove or used internally and fitted inside a bore. The main purpose is to prevent lateral movement whilst allowing rotation.
At Leeming & Peel, we are able to supply round wire snap rings & circlips from 0.4mm to 12 mm wire diameter and with outside diameters of up to 1 metre.
